Doors to the Ballroom open at 6:00 PM, but Press Check-In and set up will begin at 3:00 PM.  Press Credentials will be provided upon check-in and must be visible at all times.  ID will be required for check-in.

** If you have not RSVP’d by November 2 you will not be given credentials the day of the event**
