LEXINGTON, KY — Andy Barr for Congress will report over $3 million of cash-on-hand, a massive number ahead of the fourth quarter and the 2024 election season. This is the largest cash-on-hand number Barr has had in an off-election year.
The Federal Election Commission (FEC) filing deadline is October 15th. Barr is set to report $3,013,319 cash-on-hand, and posted a major, $378,319 fundraising haul during the third quarter of 2023. Barr’s war chest is expected to land him in the top 10% of cash-on-hand for House Republican incumbents nationwide.
“Congressman Barr is a battle-tested candidate, and these fundraising numbers show he is ready for any liberal challenger he may face in 2024,” said Tyler Staker, Spokesman for Andy Barr for Congress. “Congressman Barr has been a champion for Kentucky families, small businesses, veterans and signature industries such as equine, auto manufacturing and bourbon. He is committed to firing Joe Biden, protecting and growing the Republican majority and serving hardworking Kentuckians anyway he can for years to come.”
